Please note: Mindfulness Ireland does not run meditation courses and cannot advise you on which courses to take. If you would like to take a course, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course offers an in-depth introduction – internet searching for “MBSR YourTown” will probably bring up some good results. There are also many other courses available. If you would like to join a sangha (practice group), please see the Sangha Directory on this website.
Directors / Sangha Caretakers
The Directors of Mindfulness Ireland are elected by the community to support the Irish sangha and help look after the legal aspects of the company Mindfulness Ireland CLG. We help caretake the collective resources of the community such as the web page, mailing list, collective finances and insurance. We also offer a liaison between Plum Village and the Irish sangha for monastic tours. We meet 3 or 4 times a year and are supported in our activities by many other volunteers.
